End of Tenancy Cleans

To ensure you get as much of your security deposit back, it is important to leave the property in as close to the original condition as possible.  That's where Acorn can help you.

To achieve this, we will come to the property and discuss your needs to ensure the service is tailored to your requirements. 

 

As a basic we offer:

• Fixed cupboards cleaned inside and out including door fronts

• Bathrooms and toilets thoroughly cleaned

• Kitchens thoroughly cleaned (ovens are at an extra cost)

• Skirting boards, window sills, furniture and pictures/ornaments wiped and dusted

• Hard floors washed

• All carpets vacuumed

• Paintwork and doors wiped clean

Additional services such as carpet shampooing and the cleaning of the inside of windows would be discussed when we come to meet you and a full outline of work to be carried out will be left with you and given to the team to ensure everything is covered.  If you are unhappy, we will return and clean the specific areas free of charge.
